Entry Forms for Each Section

This year the Clunes Agricultural Show is accepting online entries as well as forms by mail.  Please follow one of the options below and email your entry to the appropriate secretary. 

No online entries for Poultry and Pigeons

All Horse entries via nominate - nominate.com.au

ONLINE ENTRY OPTION 1 - EXCEL

1. Please fill out the appropriate Microsoft Excel sheet below, save the file

2. Complete and scan any appropriate waivers/declaration forms/tracing forms for your entries

3. Email the Excel entry form and attachments to the respective entry secretary

4. Direct credit your entry fees to our account below using your name as reference.

ONLINE ENTRY OPTION 2 - PDF

1. Download the appropriate PDF file below, complete the form and scan

2. Complete and scan any appropriate waivers/declaration forms/tracing forms for your entries

3. Email the scanned entry form and attachments to the respective entry secretary

4. Direct credit your entry fees to our account below using your name as reference

ENTRIES INCLUDE VASA LEVY

    • The Society reserves the right to substitute trophies for prize money.

    • The Committee has the right to alter, cancel, change or combine classes without prior notice to the competitors.

    • Exhibitors should carefully peruse the rules regarding entries, conditions, etc, and particularly the special class and section under which they propose exhibiting, as these must be rigidly adhered to.

    • The Society will not be responsible for any accident through or by an exhibitor and it shall be a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall not hold the Society responsible and indemnify against any legal proceedings arising from such accident.
